What this site is

anzbargains.com lists deals and discount codes posted by its community. We are not a retailer. We do not sell anything, hold stock, process payments, or ship goods. Every purchase is between you and the retailer.

Accuracy of deals

Prices and availability change constantly and often without notice. We review submissions, but we cannot guarantee that any deal is still valid, that a code will work, or that a price shown here matches the retailer’s. Always check the final price at checkout before you buy.

Nothing here is an offer to sell. If a retailer declines to honour a price, that is between you and them.

Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Extra accounts created to manipulate voting will be removed.
• Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account.

Posting deals

When you post, you agree that:

• The deal is real and you have described it honestly.
• You are not posting your own referral link disguised as a deal.
• You will not misrepresent a discount, for example by inflating the “was” price.
• The content is yours to post and does not infringe anyone’s copyright.
• We can display, edit, move or remove it.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in our communications.

Behaviour

Do not use the site to spam, harass, scrape at scale, break the law, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend or remove any account at our discretion, usually without warning where the behaviour is clear.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some outbound links earn us a commission, and we display advertising. This is set out in full in our affiliate disclosure. It does not affect what you pay.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from a deal being wrong or expired, or from anything a retailer does.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law
